Order and Pricing Policies

Ordering: Before filing out the order form, customers must submit a Quote Request. Once A & M and the customer have both agreed on the terms of the quote, a transaction number will be supplied to the customer by e-mail, fax, or phone, as appropriate. The transaction number may then be used to complete the order form.

Deadlines: Our approximate turnaround times are 7-10 days to digitize a new design once we receive suitable artwork or instructions, and 5-7 working days for production once we receive the goods to be embroidered and a signed approval of the design. We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by the shipper. Depending on our current workload, rush orders may be available at additional cost.

Spoilage: Two percent spoilage is considered normal in this industry. We will not be responsible for damage to goods up to 2% of quantity embroidered. If providing own goods, please provide extra units to allow for spoilage.

Garments: If we provide the garments we require a 50% deposit with balance due upon delivery. If we are supplying only embroidery our terms are C.O.D.

Trademarks: Upon approval of the design, the customer is solely responsible for any trademark infringements.
